About Us
Discover the story of Poivron Rouge, a culinary gem in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Our journey began in 1978 from the Solanaceae family, with a passion for DIY, evolving from a modest fifty-square-meter space into a thriving hub for exquisite kitchens and accessories.
Through ups and downs, like facing challenges from Covid, our dedication to excellence never wavered. In 2022, Tamara and Manuel Dupont, known for their success with Bistro de l'Etoile and Belle Etoile in Villefranche-sur-Mer, took charge of Poivron Rouge. With their restaurant industry know-how, they eagerly tackled the task of bringing Poivron Rouge back to its prime.
After careful renovations, Poivron Rouge joyfully reopened in March 2023. A special mention goes to our invaluable team member, Geneviève, who has been advising and delighting customers at the boutique for over 13 years.
